In 2021, Nicolas was introduced to Digital Workie as he faced some challenges. One was that his cafe lacked foot traffic, but his food was designed neatly. It was so Instagrammable, and most importantly, it tasted good! As a product designer, he doesn’t know why people are not walking in even though his food and coffee taste good.

Digital Workie quickly identified some of his challenges and what could be done to get people to notice their cafe quickly. So, we suggested optimised their Google Profile (back then, it was known as Google Business Profile)

Digital Workie started by accessing their Google Profile, then strategizing which relevant keywords around their area to target (by the way, they are located opposite Leisure Mall, Cheras). We took a full Local SEO optimisation approach, ranking relevant keywords and completely revamping their Google Profile and content update.

The campaign lasted about 2 months, while Nicolas and his team focused on giving their best customer experience and designing better food. With Digital Workie and Icon Brewings efforts, foot traffic increased, and people started noticing their cafe. Ultimately, some influencers started to notice their food and share it on their Instagram, further pushing their foot traffic.
